No, unfortunately it's not possible to exchange, change, or cancel your redemption.

Can I undo my redemption and choose a different card?

Most gift cards are activated immediately after purchase and can be used straight away. However, it’s possible that you’ve received an inactive card. In this case, we ask you to wait two working days. If your gift card is still not active after that time, please contact us via the contact form.

Yes, you can. It will be indicated whether a card is available as a physical and/or digital version.

Can I choose between a physical or digital gift card when redeeming?

Yes, you can! You can split the value of your Choice Gift Card across multiple gift cards.

Can I use one Choice Gift Card to select multiple gift cards?

It’s possible that you can’t redeem your Choice Gift Card for your favourite gift card. This could be because the card is temporarily unavailable or there may be a technical issue with the delivery. Additionally, some cards are only available as standalone purchases and not as part of the redemption selection.

Why is my preferred gift card not available?

To redeem your Choice Gift Card (name varies per country), you will need a PIN code. Whether a PIN is required for the gift card you select depends on the brand you've chosen. If you experience issues using your selected gift card, we recommend contacting the customer service of the specific gift card provider.

Do I need a PIN code to use my redeemed gift card?

Please check if you’ve entered the correct card number and ensure you have a Choice Gift Card (name varies per country). Only then can you use the balance checker to view your card details. If you have a different gift card, please visit the website of the brand your card is from. There you can find all the information about your gift card.
