How do I redeem my Choice Gift Card?

Go to giftcard.ie and click on Redeem Choice Gift Card at the top of the homepage. Enter the 19-digit card number to check the balance on your Choice Gift Card. Then, select a gift card of your choice from our wide selection to redeem your Choice Gift Card. Fill in your details and the PIN code, which can be found under the scratch-off layer on the back of the card. Finally, redeem your Choice Gift Card.

The PIN on my Choice Gift Card is no longer visible

If the PIN is no longer visible on your gift card, please get in touch with our customer service.

 

What is the balance on my Choice Gift Card?

You can easily check your card balance at giftcard.ie. The balance on the Choice Gift Card is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.

Can I redeem my Choice Gift Card for multiple gift cards?

Yes, you can. The balance on your Choice Gift Card can be used to select multiple gift cards. For the full selection, visit our redemption page.

How do I scratch off the panel on my Choice Gift Card?

Gently scratch the panel to reveal the PIN code. Avoid using sharp objects, as they may damage the code. If your PIN becomes unreadable, please contact our customer service.

Can I receive the gift card by email?

Many of the gift cards in our selection are available as e-vouchers via email, but not all. This is clearly indicated for each gift card.

How do I place an order?

Choose the gift card you want, select the desired amount, and add it to your cart. You can (optionally) add extras like a personal message, festive packaging, or a luxury gift box. Then, enter the delivery details and proceed to checkout. Payment can be made via your own bank using  Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Business customers can also choose to pay by invoice.

Can I place a business order?

Yes, you can. Placing a business order through our webshop is easy. Choose your preferred payment method: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, or pay later by invoice. Please note: invoice payment is not available for digital gift cards. For security reasons, gift cards will not be activated until the invoice has been paid. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your order. Please note: e-vouchers cannot be returned. When purchasing digital content, you’ll be asked during checkout to confirm that you agree to direct delivery (you’ll receive the e-voucher by email).

I can’t find my e-voucher in my inbox, what should I do?

It may have ended up in the wrong folder, such as your spam or promotions folder. Be sure to check all folders in your email account after placing your order.
